Delivery policy

Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping costs. This page explains how and when you receive what you've paid for.
The 7-day build
- Right after payment: Stripe emails you a receipt.
- Within one working day: we email you to agree your Day 1 kickoff date.
- Days 1 to 6: you approve the spec on Day 1, then follow the build on a live preview link that updates daily.
- Day 7: your app goes live on your domain. You get the full source code in your GitHub, the accounts we set up, written docs, and a handover call.
How it's delivered
The app is deployed to hosting in your name, on your domain. The code is a GitHub repository that you own. The docs are in the repository and sent by email, and the handover is a video call.
If the schedule changes
If we need your input and don't hear back within one working day, the schedule moves by the same amount of time. If we're late for reasons on our side, see “If we're late” in our Refund and cancellation policy.
Follow-up sprints
Each sprint has its own delivery date, agreed in writing before it starts, and is delivered the same way: to your repository and your hosting.
Product subscriptions
Access to a product such as Stores starts as soon as you sign up and your payment is confirmed. Your store's system is set up automatically.
Working days
We work in the GMT+3 time zone. In our policies, a “working day” means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
